Tecna is a company certified UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008.
It is mandatory and very important to us to acquire comments from customers at regular bases in order to know the customers' satisfaction and improve our standard of quality performance.
We asked to a customers’ statistical sample to fill in a questionnaire in order to evaluate the satisfaction about Progetto Trieste in years 2008 and 2009.
The questionnaire has taken into consideration seven indicators of our work (information's level obtained, information's speed, quality of the service, assistance: post-sales support level, quality of general documentation, quality of the final report and information on the web site).
We obtained quite a positive result. The overall satisfaction parameter for Progetto Trieste customers has been 85%. The percentage of satisfied customers (mean judgment good or very good) has been 69%. All topics have been judged positively except for the clearness of the documentation and the information on the website. The main suggestion we got from Progetto Trieste participants was the possibility to fill in the results directly on the website: Tecna is now considering to implement this easier way to send results.
Our aim is the continuous improvement, that is why we will proceed in this direction, using our resources in order to come up to customer's expectations.
